Wide stance. Lift your arms to shoulder level, palms facing up.

Bend your knees softly and pull your elbows back.

Shift your weight to the side and push one hand forward. Breathe out.
Shift your weight to the side and push one hand forward. Breathe out.

At the same time pull the other hand further back.
Breathe deeply and repeat to the other side.
