Loaded shoulder flexion/adduction

Stand upright with feet hip width apart.
With arms straight, hold a dumbbell in both hands.
Keeping your left arm straight, lift both arms up and over your right shoulder.
Quickly return back down to the starting position.
Keeping your left arm straight, lift both arms up and over your right shoulder.
Quickly return back down to the starting position.
Continue to repeat this movement for the required number of repetitions.
