Sit straight on a stability ball.
Hold a resistance band in both hands, wrapped around a stable structure.
Maintaining good posture on the ball, pull your elbows backwards, generating the movement predominantly by drawing the shoulder blades back together.
Slowly return to the start position and repeat.
