Lower leg elevated position - using chair

Place a chair on the floor with the seat facing towards the floor.
Place some pillows against the backrest for comfort.
Lie on your back, with your buttocks close to the chair and lift your legs to rest against the pillows.
Your legs should be well supported so you can relax.
Rest in this position for as long as advised.
