Lower trunk rotation with stability ball (Core/abdominal strengthening, with lower trunk rotation, legs to ceiling, with stability ball, supine)

Lie on a mat with a stability ball between both feet.
Extend your arms out to the side and extend your legs up.
Keeping your shoulders flat on the mat, rotate the ball to one side, then the other.
Your upper back should stay flat with your core engaged.
