Lumbar and trunk flexion stretch in sitting - version 2

Sit in a chair with your feet hip width apart.
Interlace your fingers and bring both arms towards one of your knees.
Place your hands on the front of the knee joint.
Curl your trunk towards your hands.
Pull the knee towards you to round your back even further.
Slowly uncurl back to the sitting position.
Note: Sit for a while before standing up as you may feel dizzy after this stretch.
