Lumbar Side Glide in Standing - Version 2

Lean against a wall, with your body in a straight line. Your arm is bent by your side (upper arm supported against the wall) and the other hand is on your hip. Your feet should be together and approximately hip-width away from the wall.

In a controlled manner glide your hips towards the wall, hold and slowly return to the starting position.
