Lumbar spine side shift against wall (Lumbar side glide, arm bent on wall, standing)

Stand up straight beside a wall with your painful side furthest from the wall.
With the arm closest to the wall, bend your elbow and rest your forearm against the wall.
Stand away from the wall.
Attempt to bring your hips in to touch the wall.
Hold this position.
