Lie on your back with knees bent.
Engage pelvic floor and deep transverse abdominals.
With one hand on your hip flexor slowly lift one heel away from the floor without any trunk movement or hip flexor activity.
Hold for a few seconds, lower back down, and alternate heel lift.
