Lunges onto wobble cushion (Balance, standing, lunging forward, onto wobble cushion)
Stand up straight facing a wobble cushion.
Step your affected leg onto the cushion.
Lunge down, bending both knees and hips to 90 degrees.
Push through both feet to step your affected leg back to the starting position.
Ensure your knees travel forwards over your toes as you lunge down.
