Lunging (Lunge, forward; 02)

Stand up straight with your hands on your hips.
Take a large step forwards on your affected leg.
Bend your knees, lowering your hips down between both feet until your knees are bent to 90 degrees.
Make sure your front knee is directly above your ankle, and pointing forwards.
Push back up to the starting position.
