Maintaining trunk extension, arms to 90 degrees with weights (Trunk extension strengthening isometric, with dumbbells, arms forward, standing)

Stand up straight with your feet shoulder width apart.
Hold a weight in each hand.
Remain upright as you lift both arms in front of you to 90 degrees.
Hold this position.
Do not let your shoulders drop forwards.
Relax, bringing your arms back down to your sides.
