Make O shapes with your thumb and fingers (Thumb opposition 'O' shape with each finger AROM, in sitting; 01)
Support the elbow of the affected arm on the table.
Bring the index finger toward the thumb and make a circle.
Move the middle finger towards the thumb and make a circle.
Do the same with the ring finger and the little finger.
