Marching - with pause to perform actions with arms or legs - Level 3

Stand with your feet hip-width apart and with your arms by your sides with your elbows bent.
Slowly march on the spot lifting your knees as high as you are able.
As you step, swing your arms backwards and forwards, as high as you are able.
When ready, pause from the marching action and then clap your hands above your head.
Resume the marching, and then pause again to perform a different action with your arms or legs at random.
Continue alternating between periods of marching, pausing, and performing actions with your arms or legs, for the duration as instructed by your practitioner.
