Marching with a frame (Marching, on the spot, with rolling walker)

Stand up straight whilst you hold on to the frame.
March on the spot, lifting your knees as high as you can.
Make sure your stance leg remains straight when you lift the other leg up.
Keep your posture upright and avoid looking down throughout the exercise.
