Median Nerve, Upper Arm/Shoulder Slider

Starting position:
Lie on your back with your shoulder abducted and externally rotated, your elbow extended and palm facing up with your wrist bent back.

Assitant / therapist manually moves the limb from a elbow flexed and pulling the shoulder blade downwards, to a elbow extended and the shoulder blade elevated position. Alternate between these two positions.

The technique should be painless.
The movements should only be taken to the point where the patient begins to feel something.

Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed
