Starting position:
Lie on your back with your shoulder blade depressed down, your shoulder abducted and externally rotated, your elbow flexed and palm facing up with the wrist extended back.
Assitant / therapist manually moves the limb from elbow extended with the wrist flexed to the elbow flexed and the wrist extended. Keep the other joints still. Alternate between these two positions.
The technique should be painless.
The movements should only be taken to the point where the patient begins to feel something.
