Medicine ball chest throw ("Weighted ball" Chest throw, standing)
Stand in the power stance with your core muscles tight and the ball held at chest height.
Now bounce the ball off the wall and catch it just in front of your chest.
Hold the ball as if performing a basketball pass.
Start slowly for the first few throws to ensure proper technique and then accelerate the movement rapid fire, keeping control of the ball and maintaining a rigid core.
