Mini squat on a balance pad (Balance, standing, squats, on foam pad)
Step onto the center of the balance pad.
Keep your feet shoulder-width apart and toes pointing forwards.
Place your arms out in front of you and bend your knees, making sure your knees travel directly forwards over your toes.
Push your hips back behind you.
Lean your arms and body forwards to counterbalance the movement.
