Mini squat on Wobble board and Vibration Plate

Stand on a balance board on a vibration plate.
Take a good neck and trunk posture, localise and tighten your abdomen muscles and go down into a knee bend, as in the picture, on a balance board and remain in this position during the time the plate vibrates.
