Modified Hip Abduction with the Hips in 90 Degrees - version 2
Start by lying on your side with your upper hip and knee bent to 90 degrees.
Take support with your hand from the floor in front of you.
Lift the leg upwards and in a controlled manner and lower it back down.
Keep your pelvis still and feel the muscles in the side of your buttocks working.
