Mountain climbers with sliding discs

Start on your hands and toes, with your body in a straight line.
Place towels or sliding discs under your feet.
Bend one leg by sliding it on the floor, and bring the knee towards the same side elbow. Straighten the leg back to starting position and repeat with the other leg.
