Moving a ball side-to-side balance exercise
Stand with a ball on the floor in front of you.
You can add two marks on the floor with tape approximately to 10 and 2 o'clock.
With one foot move the ball towards the opposite side towards the mark on the floor.
Change legs and with the other foot move the ball across the midline to the other side.
Continue moving the ball back and forth between the marks on the floor.
Required equipment: Tape, Ball - small
