Moving ball to side (balancing on two wobble boards)

Stand on two wobble boards with a ball in both hands.
Tighten your core muscles and try to balance on the boards.
When ready, bring the ball to your side close to your knee without losing balance.
Return to the starting position and repeat the movement to opposite side.

Required equipment: Mat, Wobble board, Medicine ball
