Moving ball up and down in table top position - stability ball
Lie on your back with a stability ball in your hands.
Angle your knees and hips making a table top position.
When ready, hold the ball in one hand and move the ball above your head.
Slowly bring the ball to your chest level.
Keep your trunk and back as steady as possible during this exercise.
