Neck Flexion/Extension

Stand on foam with your feet hip-width apart.

Nod your head up towards the ceiling and then down towards your chest within a comfortable range. Keep feet relaxed on the foam, don't grip your toes to balance. Feeling some sway while performing this exercise is normal.
Note that you can put the foam in the corner so that the walls will provide support if you lose your balance.
