Obstacle walk (Balance, walking forward, around/over objects)

Stand up straight with a space in front of you.
Position obstacles to walk around and over.
Walk over a foam mat, around a cone, over a hurdle.
Start at a steady pace.
If you are feeling confident, you can gradually increase the speed at which you walk over and around the obstacles.

Required equipment: Cones (marker), Hurdles, Wobble cushion / foam
