Obstetric brachial plexus palsy - supination stretch ('Obstetric brachial plexus palsy' Forearm supination AROM, with assist, supine)
Lie your baby on their back.
Hold the baby's arm with one hand and the wrist of the affected arm with your other hand.
Keep the elbow bent to a right angle.
Gently turn their arm over so that their palm is facing up to their face.
Do not force this movement against resistance.
