One Leg Stand Minitramp

Start in a standing position on the mini-trampoline, your knees slightly bent. Start by lifting one leg up and hold this position. Stabilize this position . Repeat. If you are able to perform this exercise easily you can try it with your eyes closed (if necessary with security-holds).

In case of unsteadiness hold on to something!
