Partial range lunge with weight vest

Wearing a weighted vest or belt, stand upright with your legs shoulder-width apart.
Take a medium sized step forward and then lowering your body downwards using your legs.
Allow the forward knee to bend as far as able making sure you keep your back straight.
Hold for required amount of time and then return to the starting position by pushing up off the front leg.
Repeat for the other leg.
