Partner Assisted Candlesticks

Lay on your back and fix your upper body by holding your partners legs with your arms around their ankles.

Extend your legs straight up towards the ceiling.
Using your abdominal muscles, push your feet up to the ceiling, lifting your hips off the ground.
Try to keep your legs as straight as possible.

A regression of this exercise would be to keep your legs slightly bent for the whole movement.
