Passive (PROM) Supine Shoulder Flexion

Lie on your back with your elbows bent. Lift your upper arm in a slow and controlled manner assisting with your other hand. The movement should be passive. The arm that is lifting the affected side should take all of the weight of the arm. Move within a pain free range.
