Passive forearm pronation with overpressure (Forearm pronation AAROM, with oscillation, proximal)
Start In a seated position.
Place your affected arm on a table.
Attempt to turn your palm face down.
Move your other hand to just below the elbow of your affected arm to assist the movement.
Oscillate the movement, pushing into the stiffness.
