Passive hamstring stretch in supine - single leg (Hamstring stretch, lifting straight leg, with assist, supine)

Lie on your back with your legs straight.
Ask your assistant to place one hand under your knee and the other under your ankle.
Keep your leg relaxed as the assistant elevates the leg and keeps the knee straight.
It may be more comfortable for your assistance to sit on the edge of the bed and rest your leg against their shoulder.
As they gently lift your leg up and hold the position, you should feel a stretch in the back of your thigh.
