Passive hip adduction at 90 degrees flexion (Hip adduction PROM, leg bent 90° in supine; 01)

Lie your child on their back.
Bend the affected leg so the hip is at 90 degrees.
Stabilise the pelvis with one hand.
Place the other hand over the knee.
Take the leg inwards until you feel resistance, making sure your child's pelvis does not rotate with the movement.
Hold this position.
