Passive hip flexion stretch (Hip extensors stretch, with assist, supine; 02)
Lie on your back with your legs straight out in front of you.
Ask your assistant to place one hand under your knee and the other under your heel.
Your assistant should bend your knee in towards your chest, until you feel a stretch in your buttocks.
Hold this stretch before slowly lowering the leg back down again.
Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed, Assistant
