Passive hip internal rotation at 90 degrees flexion (Hip internal rotation PROM, leg bent in supine; 01)
Lie your child on their back.
Bend the affected leg until the hip is at 90 degrees.
Lift their heel up so that the knee is also bent to 90 degrees.
Place one hand on the outside of the knee, and the other on the inside of the ankle.
Keep the knee still and rotate the lower leg outwards.
Hold this position.
Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed, Assistant
