Passive knee flexion/extension supine (Knee flexion/extension PROM, supine)
Lie on your back with your legs out in front of you.
Ask your assistant to place one hand under your knee and the other under your ankle.
Your assistant can then bend your knee in towards your chest.
They should aim to bring your heel towards your buttock.
They should then straighten your leg back out again.
Continue with this motion.
Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed, Assistant
