Sit up straight at a table.
Using your uninvolved hand, turn your other palm to face you.
One at a time, bend each finger in towards the palm of your hand.
Ensure each joint is bent.
Aim to have the tip of your fingernail touch the inside of your knuckle.
It will most likely be easiest to start with your little finger so that you can hold this in position whilst you fold your other fingers inwards.
Repeat on all 4 of your fingers.
Once you have them all bent in towards your palm, take the support of your other hand away.
The aim is to try and hold your fingers in this position on their own.
