Lie on your back with your legs straight out in front of you.
Ask your assistant to lift up your leg, providing support under the knee and ankle.
Bend the leg in.
Ask them to lower your leg down against the bed so that the knee is pointing outwards.
Your ankle should be in the middle of the bed.
Repeat the same on the other leg.
Your legs should then be resting in the 'frog' position.
Pillows can be used to support this position.
