Passive soleus stretch (Soleus stretch, with assist, supine)
Lie on your back with your legs out in front of you.
Ask your assistant to lift up your leg, placing one hand under your knee and the other under your heel.
Your assistant should bend the knee a little, and then provide a stretch by pushing your ankle up towards you.
Ensure they use their body weight to assist with this stretch.
Hold this stretch.
Required equipment: Adjustable plinth/bed, Assistant
