Passive wrist extension on table - option 1 (Wrist flexors stretch, on table, palm held down, sitting)

Sit upright in a chair.
Rest your forearm and hand on the table with your palm facing down.
Use your opposite hand to hold your affected hand flat down on the table.
Lift your forearm up off the table as far as it will go without lifting your palm.
Hold this position.
