Passive wrist extension stretch sitting
Sit on a chair with the hand to be practiced at your side, elbow straight, palm on the seat and fingers pointing away from you.
Move your body weight to the side and press the palm against the seat until you feel the stretching on the inside of your forearms. Hold the stretch, then relax.
