Passive wrist flexion (Wrist extensors stretch, over edge, palm down)

Sit upright in a chair.
Place your affected arm on a table with your wrist relaxed hanging over the edge.
Your palm should face down with your fingers relaxed.
Use your opposite hand to bend your wrist towards the floor as far as it will go.
Hold this position.
