Passive wrist radial deviation (Wrist ulnar deviators stretch, over edge, palm neutral)

Sit upright in a chair.
Place your affected arm on a table with your wrist relaxed and hanging over the edge.
Your palm should face in with your fingers relaxed.
Using your opposite hand, bend your wrist towards the ceiling until you feel a stretch.
Hold this position.
