Passive wrist ulnar deviation (Wrist radial deviators stretch, over edge, palm neutral)

Sit upright in a chair.
Place your affected arm on a table with your wrist relaxed and hanging over the edge.
Your palm should face in with your fingers relaxed.
Use your opposite hand to bend your wrist towards the floor until you feel a stretch.
Hold this position.
