Shoulder horizontal abduction on pec dec machine

Adjust the seat and sit up straight with your chest against the chest pad.
Grasp the handles at approximately shoulder height.
Squeeze your shoulder blades together, open your chest, and bring your arms backwards.
Hold briefly and then bring your arms back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
