Pectoral muscle stretch in four point kneeling with gym ball (Pectoralis stretch, middle fibers, arm bent on gym ball, quadruped)
Start on your hands and knees, with your hands under your shoulders, and knees under your hips.
Place the forearm of your affected arm onto a gym ball out to your side.
Drop your chest down towards the floor until you feel the stretch in your chest.
Hold this position.
