Pectoralis stretch standing (Pectoralis stretch, middle fibers, arm on wall behind, standing)
Stand side-on to a wall. Step the foot closest to the wall slightly forward. Place the forearm of the same side against the wall.
Gently rotate your body away from the wall until you feel a stretch across the front of your chest (not in the shoulder joint).
You can adjust the stretch by slightly leaning into the wall or changing the height of your arm (higher or lower) to better target the chest muscles rather than the joint.
