Pelvic and trunk rotations in semi-squat (Hip abductors/adductors stretch, with rotation, standing hands on table)

Stand with both hands flat on a table and your knees bent. 
Keep your gaze ahead, inhale, then exhale as you stretch and extend the right knee and right elbow. 
Rotate your body and look to the right. 
Breathe in and return to your start position by bending the right elbow and the right knee. Breathe out, stretch and extend your left knee and left elbow.  
Rotate your body and look to the left.  
Breathe in, return to your start position.  
Repeat this movement.
